ON the top menu on profiles (3rd tab) see a subsection called "Friends" then click on the big large button that says "Import Contacts", decide which social network or email provider you want to get your email list from e.g. facebook, twitter, gmail or hotmail etc.

How to use:

1. Enter the username and password of the selected network you chose

2. Choose Email provider or Social Network

3. Under that now select by means of the dropdown either Email provider or Social Network the option you want to use e.g.: gmail, hotmail, twitter, facebook etc. But not that these two dropdowns are split between social network and email providers

4. Hit the enter button

5. You will redirected to the next page after being logged in

6. Type your message to invite your friends, don't forget to enter the whole domain.. www.worldofnakedmen.com

7. Choose by means of the checkboxes who you want to send this email too.
